The need was develop a safety campaign to create energy and passion at all levels while rewarding positive behaviors and engagement. The messaging solution of “Step Up For Safety” became the campaign theme to emphasize accountability, commitment, and confidence across the company. With the theme, visual concepting was developed with bold treatments and strategic elements to encourage engagement and keep safety top of mind.

DHL Supply Chain desired a talent acquisition campaign to support rapid growth that could highlight the career opportunities and company culture for supervising and managing roles. The campaign aimed to build on the company’s employer brand as a best place to work. Through creative collaboration and concepting, three approaches emerged to attract and empower candidates through tone and visuals that stayed true to the core brand.
